As President and COO, Mr. Golz is responsible for the strategic management of ADS and driving growth in all key market segments.
Mr. Golz brings more than 25 years of experience to ADS that includes strategic planning, technology planning, organizational re-engineering, and product and market development. Throughout his career, Mr. Golz developed a very broad perspective on the financial services industry, from domestic banking to global integrated financial services institutions.
Prior to joining ADS, Mr. Golz worked with Logica, London-based international computer consultancy and systems integration company, as Executive Vice President of the Financial Services Division. In addition to having P&L responsibility for the division, he directed the strategic development of several lines of business, including Payments and Financial Messaging, Core Banking Application, CRM and Risk Management Solutions.
Before his work with Logica, Mr. Golz held senior management and consulting positions with AT&T, A.T. Kearney/EDS, First Data Investor Services Group, and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Golz holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University. He resides in Cohasset, Massachusetts.
