Mel Feeney has more than 25 years of financial services experience working in various risk aspects of retail, commercial and private banking including; technology and operations. His experience in project management and internal audit management brings a comprehensive perspective on bank stabilization, cost reduction and revenue opportunity to instill growth and enterprise value.
Prior to joining ADS, Mel was Principal of M.J. Feeney & Associates, a management consultancy specializing in financial institutions’ systems of internal control; Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) models and training programs; merger and acquisition risk assessments; and business optimization.
During his tenure, Mel has expanded ADS' offerings by providing thought leadership on how banks can maximize their ability to grow significantly and through acquisition.
Mel holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Providence College. He resides in East Greenwich, RI.
