James W. “Jay” AdamsChief Financial Officer
 As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Adams manages all financial and recruiting operations for ADS.
Mr. Adams, a certified public accountant, comes to ADS with nearly 20 years experience in public accounting and in the software marketplace. He brings a great deal of experience in both the financial area as well as the management of internal administrative services in our industry. Mr. Adams plays a pivotal role in ensuring that both the financial health and recruiting function at ADS are world class.
Before joining ADS, Mr. Adams worked for Permabit, Inc., a leading provider of storage software solutions. Prior to that, he served 4 years as CFO for Bowstreet, Inc., and 9 years as CFO at Kenan Systems, a telecom billing software provider that eventually was sold to Lucent Technologies.
A graduate of Boston College, Adams earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He resides in Walpole, Massachusetts with his wife and four children.
