Executive Team

As SVP & Director, Business Consulting Solution Division, Mr. Dragon is responsible for driving the company's sales and business development strategy. leading sales growth efforts and managing ADS' Sales Team.

Mr. Dragon brings more than 20 years of experience to ADS that includes sales, business development, client relationship management, consulting practice management, and project management in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining ADS, Mr. Dragon worked at Sapient, a Boston-based, global consulting and systems integration company, as Vice President - Business Development for Global Markets.  As co-lead of the asset management practice he was responsible for overall business development and client relationship management activites, as well as leading key account teams.  Prior to his most recent role at Sapient, Mr. Dragon held several roles of increasing responsibility in project management, program delivery and business development.

Mr. Dragon holds a BS degree in Finance from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.  He resides in Milton, MA.
