Mr. Howe is a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ADS Financial Services Solutions, a professional services consulting firm specializing in project management to the financial services industry. Mr. Howe has a BS degree in finance from Boston College and served in the US Marine Corps as an infantry officer from 1968 thru 1971.

As co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of ADS, Mr. Gallagher provides leadership and direction to the Executive Management Team of the Company. Bill also provides advisor and consultative support to senior managers within ADS' client base. Mr. Gallagher has over 35 years of experience in the technology and financial services industry, and has been a frequent speaker at ABA conferences and other related financial services forums.

As President and COO, Mr. Golz is responsible for the strategic management of Buisness Development, Professional Services, and Recruiting at ADS.

As Chief Financial Officer, Adams manages all financial operations, human resources, administration, and Information Technology for ADS.

As executive vice president, corporate development with the firm, Mr. Cahill is responsible for three aspects of ADS' strategy - working with the executive management team to assess and refine ADS' corporate directions, developing alliance partnerships, and working with the Business Development Managers to develop account strategies consistent with the company's direction and overall capabilities.
